[log in to unmask] requested information on military surplus leads.

Janet:

You have a very good contact near you. Contact Milt "Bud" Halsey
([log in to unmask]) at the Nike Site there at Fort Baker. He has
extensive contacts for obtaining surplus equipment.

He has obtained Nike Missiles, radar vans, and launchers for the site. He was
instrumental in equipping the WWII Barracks at Fort Cronkhite. He used to
be the Executive Director of the Presidio Army Museum.

If you want to go the DRMO route...

DRMO = Defense Reutilization Material Office
Check http://131.87.1.51/drmo/site/drmo.html for
the site nearest you. I think DRMO Alameda is
the closest (510) 869-8282/8286, Christopher Johnson,
Store Manager.
