Regional Arts Agency in Atlanta seeks Development Director

Professionals for NonProfits, Inc., is currently conducting a search for
candidates with BA degree in related field; minimum 3 years experience in
nonprofit development; excellent written and oral communication skills;
working knowledge of fund raising sources and strategies.

Goal:  To establish a comprehensive development plan that addresses the
needs of the agency and its programs.

Responsibilities:  Oversee all fund raising efforts, including grants
writing; idenifty prospective funding opportunities from the agency's
programs and services; identify corporate, foundation and individual
contributors; develop grants writing and development skills of agency's
program staff; develop all maerials related to the program; create and
monitor the development budget; maintain a reference library of development
materials and articles.

Salary:  $50-55,000
