I currently direct two purely virtual museums on the Web and have been
paying much attention to how such museums differ from real museums, how
real museums have ventured into the Web, how virtual museums present
themselves, and what - exactly - people hope to find when they explore a
museum web site. My museum sites are very different from eachother and I
have learned much through subsequent correspondence with my visitors.
Please feel free to contact me for further discussion.
