Hello all,

I am conducting this survey for a master's thesis titled, "Art Museum Collecting 
Ethics and the Public Trust."  My goal is to determine the extent of the public's 
knowledge, beliefs and expectations regarding the collection of undocumented, 
illegally-exported, and looted cultural objects in American art museums.  While 
the topic is widely covered in the media by scholars and journalists, this 
survey aims to uncover the opinions of those most likely to utilize museums- 
museum professionals and the museum-going public.  The survey should take 
no more than 20 minutes, and those who complete the survey will be entered 
into a drawing for a $100 gift card to Amazon.com.
