Executive Assistant, New York City
For our New York City-based client, an international firm providing
investment support and advisory services to international collectors, we are
seeking an Executive Assistant.  The successful applicant will support an
office of approximately 20 staff researching the arts-related financial and
investment activities of international clients.  Duties include providing
administrative support, phones, correspondence and research; office
management support; project tracking; other duties as necessary.  Excellent
organizational, communications and multitasking skills essential.  Russian
and familiarity with Russian and Eastern European markets a plus. Salary to
