Good Afternoon -

I have a request from my Director to the List Serve Members:

Do any of your museums have a written policy that prohibits the museum from
ever selling or distributing it's members addresses for any reason? We
want to protect our members from ever having to worry about that from our
organization. I would appreciate any suggestions, written policies, how
you resolved this issue if it ever came up, why you would choose to sell or
distribute the list . . . etc.

Sincerely,

Rene Legler
