As the new director of the FOVA Galleries at Texas Tech, Lubbock, TX, I am
faced with an important task to coordinate the scheduling, and to develop
guidelines and policies for programming gallery spaces, public hallways and
outdoor ground sites in and around the Art Department building. This would
entail student, faculty and invitational uses. What our people forsee is an
opportunity to effectively employ all potential and traditional locations
for programming.

Does anyone have any suggestions of sources for establishing such policies
and usage guideline? I see this touching on programming ranging from site
sculpture to ephemeral ad hoc displays.

Any suggestions?

Thanks to all who can help.
