Dear Jennifer,

There is not one person that has posted on this list that has said
anything to the contrary. Deb was reacting to a CNN article that blamed
the troops. Any criticism on this list was directed at planning that
would have anticipated a loss of order in a regime collapse to protect
lives and cultural property.

I feel care deeply that our troops are there in the first place--and
that so many of them are so young and I grieve for the Iraqi loss of
life--soldiers, civilians and innocents. Let's hope the humanitarian
supplys can get in there soon.
