We need to prepare a contract for an outside curator and we haven't
done one in some time so I don't have a draft to work from. I wonder
if anyone has a sample contract on hand that they would be so kind as
to forward to me directly?  I've seen information that describes what
should go in the contract, but I'm really looking for a draft
contract to use as a template to work from.  Thanks for your help --
