Yes... and no. It should be in principle simple, but we haven't set up a regular report on this, and if I were doing it again I would probably go for a different supplier that offered more of these features. OTOH it was very cheap to set up the phone bit - about £150 and no running costs, so maybe I shouldn't complain. And it's partly my fault because I keep forgetting to get in touch with the company - it was arranged through a third party, so there's never been a direct relationship.

Thanks for the reminder, I'll get in touch with them now! Usually I only remember when I'm lying in bed or driving the car, and by the time I get to work I've forgotten again...
