I am trying to locate sufficient information about an early nineteenth
century machete used for field labour in the West Indies to reproduce one.
Can anyone
suggest good sources of information? Are there ways to do this online? I
have tried cruising the Web, and I've been to some interesting 'places',
but I am not finding a lot of 'hard' information.

Thanks!
