Hello
I have a query regarding institutions that have closed an exisiting
facility while developing a new one.  The Museum of Victoria currently
has the 'old' museum still operating while most staff are busy
developing a new $250m facility.  We are interested to know how other
institutions handled such a situation.

If you have some information about this could you please contact me
off-list with the following information.
1.      name of institution and location.
2.      date old facility closed and date new facility opened
3.      reasons for closure
4.      how closure was handled PR wise and outcomes/problems etc.
