The internships associated with the NPS that I am aware of are through the
National Center for Preservation Education (NCPE).  The internships are
competitive, but very rewarding.  I don't have a contact number for you, but
I know that they circulate internship opportunities through most history,
museum studies, preservation, etc., graduate programs.  Hope this helps.
