There seems to be some confusion about a message I sent to the list
yesterday in regards to the FAIC Conservation Services Referral System.
Please note  the following information:

I need to know what type of object you have that needs attention and where
the object is located (which state).  For example, do you have an outdoor
sculpture made of metal? Or a rug? Or a waterlogged wooden artifact?

I can not give you a general list of all of our conservators -- for that
please refer to your AIC Directory. Please call/e-mail if you have
questions. In order for me to get that list to you I'd need a mailing
address.
