Hi
I have just begun to develop a project with a partner here in the Los
Angeles area. We are working on building a museum which will allow
cultural groups or communities to curate their own exhibitions. Our
project, The Open Museum of Los Angeles, will serve as a facilitator and
will hold responsibility for all exhibitions that occur within its walls.
We have only just begun to delve into the many components needed to build
a project of this nature, such as building advisory boards and attaining
nonprofit status. Recently we were accepted by a nonprofit incubator and
as a project have 501-c3 status and a bank account, however we do not
have a team member yet with development skills.

I am sending this to the list in the hopes of perhaps stirring up a
response or two.
We are looking for a  fund-raiser (who could also take their salary off
dollars raised) to work with us. Also any other interest that this
generates would be appreciated as well.
