For our global financial services corporation client with an art
collection that focuses on emerging contemporary art for Branch
and Home Office premises in North & South America, we seek a
highly organized, extremely motivated and discreet individual to
fill the position of Art Administrator to assist with organization
and logistics for the Collection beginning immediately.

The Art Administrator will report to the Regional Curator for
North & South America and will facilitate communication among
Home Office staff, Branch Managers, employees, art world
professionals, architects and accountants.

Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience including interaction
with art world professionals and/or corporate executives; exceptional
communications, organizational and multitasking skills essential;
some knowledge of Modern & Contemporary art and familiarity with
important art world individuals and institutions is required.
Salary TBD.
