In response to Michelle Falzone's query about designers experienced with
educational web sites:

The Metropolitan Museum of Art is currently re-designing our website with
an outside firm (launches this fall/winter, so unfortunately you can't see
it). I can't speak for the institution, but personally (as internal MMA art
director) I have been very happy with the work they have done. The firm,
Nicholson NY, is mid-sized (100 or so) and based in NYC.

Feel free to email if I can help answer any questions- we reviewed every
(literally!) firm in NY for this project.
