There are many good female architects - but the quality of an architect is
not the gender! Talk to the technology museum ion Mannheim! They had a
female architect, which I admired a lot, but they couldnt get along with
her, because she behaved like many of their (male) fellows: "I am an
artist." And the museum curators, who never created a modern and new museum
before, had give expertise and judgement in fields where they were no
experts any more.
It might be good PR to promote female architects. Better: promote better
architects who behave firstly like good qualified engineers and communicators.
