I am a graduate student in Museum Studies at John F. Kennedy University in Berkeley, California.

My final project focuses on uses of technology to extend the museum experience. In an effort to
set the historical context for more recent developments, my background section will review non-
technical means of extending the museum visit. While I have found an abundance of information
on museum stores, I have not been as successful uncovering information about the history of
exhibition catalogs in United States museums. If you have any information on this topic - or can
direct to me to other resources - I would be grateful to hear from you.

Thank you for your help.

Lisa
