I'm not sure that qualifications such as 'five years experience...' and so on would be unlawful. The experience _is_ a relevant qualification, and independent of the age of the applicant it takes everyone the same amount of time to gain it. As for 'would suit an older person', I don't think I've ever seen that but my first question would be 'older than what?'
