For small to mid-sized museums, I would have to agree that PastPerfect has 
what you require; including contacts, membership, contributions, fundraising 
events and campaign tracking. On top of that there is a full-featured 
collections managament program, exhibitions, loans, etc. I haven't used any 
other program so I can't compare, but it is the leading software out there for 
small to mid-sized museums. Nice to have it all in one program. They also have 
excellent customer service...
