I believe that our events contract does have that info. But I think
there was a language barrier: the wedding party, guests, and band
were Russian. (With a bottle of vodka on every table we had other
issues during the evening as well.)

And as soon as I spotted the offending machines being set up I told
the event manager. Who put a stop to it.

Actually it behooves any musuem or historic site to have a set of
guidelines that are part of any contract for space use that cover
secuirty, safety, and conservation issues. This should include having
a collections/conservation monitor present during the event. I can't
tell you how many times we caught film crews trying to move antiques,
or to use those damn oil-based fog machines, when I worked for a
major history musuem in years past.

Cheers!
Dave
