Excellent idea Michael. And, Gayle, after you visit Baltimore, you
should take the quick drive to Frederick, Maryland. You WON'T regret
it. Make sure to visit the Historical Society Museum and the Roger
Brooke Taney House: http://www.hsfcinfo.org and the other wonderful
cultural institutions in Frederick County!

Oh, and if you come in October, you will see the beautiful leaves
changing color! It's the best of all worlds!

Subject: Why Should I Visit YOUR Museum?

Ok, I need your help. I entered a contest at work and was told
yesterday I won two first-class, round-trip airline tickets to
anywhere
in North America on Northwest Airlines. Pretty impressive, huh? The
catch is, it comes with hefty tax fees of $400 a piece, or a total of
$800 as a hit on my pay. I need to give them an answer tonight as to
whether or not I will take them, so your help is needed.

Tell me why I should come to visit your museum. My mind is open as to
areas (to a point), but, since museums are an important part of my
life,
and visiting good museums would serve to enhance any trip I took, I'd
like to hear from you folks why I should go to your area instead of
another. I think this could be a fun exercise in marketing, and if
you
don't convince me, you may convince somebody else on list. More than
that, you may help one another in exchanging creative marketing
techniques.

I've not decided whether I'm going to take them, whether I'm going to
give them to my kids, or exactly where I would go, so please help me
out
by giving it your best shot!

Thanks for considering my request.

(This could get fun depending upon your answers.)
