The command is "SET MUSEUM-L NOMAIL"  (without quotes), put as a one-line
message in the body of email sent to "[log in to unmask]".
 
If it doesn't work following these instructions, then you (i.e., the
place [userid/node] from which you are sending the instruction) are probably
not the same person [place] from which the original subscription to the list
was sent (ya gotta be the "same" person; can't change someone else's profile).
