FYI - Here are links to the original Declaration of
Trust [i.e. Constitution] and the original By-Laws,
originally established by Andrew Carnegie, for the
only public library which bears his *entire* name, the
Andrew Carnegie Free Library and Music Hall in
Carnegie, Pennsylvania, which opened to the public
1901 May 1:
