Subject: RE: HUARI - English translation of text

Museum Security Network informs today on the acquisition done by the
Kimbell Art Museum of a rare Peruvian figurina whose origins are
documented in the Huari Empire (600-1000 d.C), to be exhibited in its
room dedicated to the world-wide civilizations whose chronological
sequence extends about 4.000 years and whose purpose is the cultural
cross presentation. This piece is the only example of a figurina
Huari of foot entirely covered with the technique of inlaid shell.

MUSEUM SECURITY NETWORK HAS ASKED FOR THE KIMBELL ART MUSEUM THAT
INFORMS ON THE ORIGIN OF THIS VALUABLE ACQUISITION.

This delivery of MUSEUM SECURITY NETWORK on the form to study - at
the beginning of the Xxi- century to include/understand the universal
art by means of the cultural cross work, it must teach to the diverse
specialists in the Latin art American from his origins to the present
time on the urgency to establish a clear bond between the origins and
the origin of the art to advance in the knowledge and human
understanding. Please, to provide any information that contributes
to clarify the origin of this Huari piece.
