Members of our museum have begun to come together to discuss diversity
throughout the institution. A committee has been formed to explore some of
the staff's burning issues, which include institutional support, staff
diversity, audience diversity, and personnel policies.

What is currently happening in other institutions, especially those
     from urban areas?

     ...
Certainly, this issue has come up in this digest and in our institutions, but
we would rather not make unnecessary mistakes if we don't have to. Thanks!
