Evi,

Treatment of this poster is complicated enough to warrant a conservator. You
will need to have the plywood backing removed if you intend to prevent
further deterioration, and the poster itself will need conservation work
before it can be framed. The American Institute for Conservation of Historic
& Artistic Works has a free referral service that can connect you with a
paper conservator in your area. This service can be reached at:
