Program Manager, Educational Outreach

Summary: Design, create, implement, manage and evaluate educational programs, curriculum and events in support of ELC's educational mission. Work individually and collaboratively to generate educational components of institution's exhibits and specialized programs. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
* Manage day-to-day details of all museum education programs as assigned, including: coordination, schedules, venues, staffing, funding, and resources. 
* Recruit and secure artists/facilitators for specific programs as needed. 
* Coordinate activities and tasks of program and support personnel to ensure each program or event progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. 
* Assist in development of marketing and promotion of museum and community educational programs. 
* Develop and coordinate consistent system of program assessment and provide recommendations to improve program quality and administrative process. 
* Work with education community and teams within ELC to identify needs and develop new programs and/or support initiatives. 
* Serve as an educational consultant on projects as needed.
