IMHO ...
I enjoy reading a well-crafted, literate, argument. And I acknowledge
that to properly structure such a piece takes time and, often, many
words. To do it justice, I need the time and energy to read it. The
hurly-burly of a 'list' just doesn't seem to encourage that. As I flick
through the 40 or more messages a day I am overwhelmed by the
intellectual depth of some of the pieces. It's like finding a _New
Yorker_ article in the _Daily News_! The medium doesn't seem to suit the
message.

Yes, I know I could hit 'delete' or 'save', but isn't there some other
way that these thoughtful, lengthier pieces could be posted to another
accessible site - perhaps a Web Page?
