I am not sure from your question what you are looking for, but quite a few
museums and galleries have exhibited work that included an online
component. Karen Finley's installation for Uncommon Sense at MOCA in LA
includes an online component. I think that the curators of the Whitney
Biennial may have included some artists working online in the exhibition,
and I am quite sure that Documenta in Kassel, Germany this summer will
include on-line work. Lots of artists have also done on-line/installation
projects with art centers and university art galleries - I am thinking of
an installation made for the Home Show in Santa Barbara a year ago for
which an artist team (Winet & Crane) made a piece that included on-line and
installation components.

Or are you looking for museums that exhibit documentation of on-line stuff
after the on-line event is finished?
