A visual art center here is currently researching any precedents for the
merging of a nonprofit conference center and a nonprofit visual art
center into one facility.
QUESTIONS:
- Do you know of any models where two separate nonprofit entities have
shared a facility in such a manner that both were strengthened and
neither was subverted?
- If so, what are they (and contact person)?
- If not, why aren't there any precedents? (Facts and/or opinions are
welcome)

Thanks for your help.
