AASLH 2000 Panel

Anyone interested in serving as the third and final presenter on a
proposed AASLH 2000 panel entitled "Issues in Ethnic Collecting" is
encouraged to contact Nicholas Ciotola at [log in to unmask] or
[log in to unmask]  The panel is designed to present three case studies of
ethnic collecting in progress and explore some of many issues surrounding
collecting immigrant and ethnic history.  The desired panelist will
prepare a twenty minute presentation on ethnic collecting at his or her
respective institution.

The AASLH conference will take place on September 20-23, 2000 in New
Orleans.
