Dear Colleagues:

The National Association for Museum Exhibition (NAME) is seeking proposals
for next year's AAM Annual Meeting (to be held in Atlanta, GA).  While the
meeting is months away, the National Program committee is busy generating
ideas for sessions and recruiting  session chairs and panelists.

The deadline for submitting a proposal to AAM is September 9.  The NAME
Program Committee would like some time to review proposals and make
suggestions or offer assistance where needed.  We need proposals by August 1.


To suggest a proposal, send a brief abstract of the idea (50-100 words) and a
proposed session chair. If you can suggest panelists, even better.

If you want the program of the AAM Annual Meeting to reflect your concerns
and interests, you need to provide some direction to the Program Committee
through your proposal.  NAME will work to get as many sessions on the program
as possible that reflect those interests and issues.
