Our docents like to use the calendar feature in Corel WordPerfect to
schedule their time blocks; for awhile Membership used CalendarCreator to
set up schedules, but they're now doing our master calendar with Corel
WordPerfect 8.  For the curatorial department I personally have been
using Ascend for scheduling meetings or entering "things-to-do" lists.  I
took a look at Outlook (no pun) and it seems like it could be an easier
program to work with than Ascend.   Then again, we are a pretty small
staff, with no meeting rooms or labs to schedule other than letting the
rest of us know what events are going on day-to-day, so we don't need
anything fancier than what our current wordprocessing programs offer.
