Century Public Parks in England," at Durham University; "The Fabric of
History: the creation and conservation of the grounds of Wollston Hall,"
*East Midlands Geographer* 1990; "Pride and Colour Prejudice; the design
and colour philosophy of Victorian bedding out," *Country Life* March 7,
1991; "The Gardens and Pleasure Grounds of Thoresby Hall,
Nottinghamshire, 1860-1900," *Historic Garden* Autumn, 1992.  In
addition, she has been actively involved in research and consulting for
Wollston Hall, Sutton Court, Herefordshire, Thoresby Hall,
Nottinghamshire, Tabley House, Cheshire, Norwood Park, Nottinghamshire
and Maer Hall and parkland, Staffordshire, some of these are private.
