Here is a good source.  I've seen the UV sleeves in their catalog as we are in the process of ordering some too.

John - Try a conservation supply house such as Metal Edge, Inc.

Impressions (1-800-828-6216, www.lightimpressionsdirect.com). They carry the
sort of thing you are looking for, but I don't know if it would be in your
