Small museums can be the beginning of a new era in American Culture.Larfe
museums are over comitted to exspensive antique foriegn art;that has little or
no actual artistic value;except of course as either antique/scarce.Many small
museums ,dedicated to a n American Culture,could easily obtain some very
excellent American paintings at no actual cost to them.
