Hi Melissa: I'm investigating this myself and was directed to
www.swank.com <http://www.swank.com> . I was in contact with Angie
Burroughs (1-800-876-3344). She was very helpful. For the films we'd
like to show (Black Beauty and Spirit) it would cost anywhere from
$150-$250 plus shipping and handing. (This is for a single showing.)
They are required by the studios to send out a 'public performance copy'
of the film and can provide DVD, VHS, or other formats. If you go to
the website check out the "other venues" section. Also, if you navigate
around you can find out what films they can distribute. It is quite
extensive.

Good luck-
