Hello, Museum list:

As the former public information specialist for a museum in North Carolina,
I had many opportunities to utilize our ticketing and reservations
software, and found that, while it was functional, it was certainly a bit
cumbersome and at times downright difficult.

What I'd like to hear from the list subscribers is feedback on what your
current ticketing and reservations software does well, what it doesn't do
that you'd like it to do and what you believe could be done to improve it.

Whether or not you're currently using ticketing and reservations software,
describe your 'dream' software. Would you like it if groups could make
reservations over the Web? Would you be interested in volunteer and
membership management capabilities within the software? Which programs
would it definately need to be compatible with, i.e. Raisers Edge, etc.?

Many thanks in advance for your feedback.

Amy Hooker
