I am working an internship this summer where I am being paid a stipend of
$700 per month.  Would anyone happen to know the policy of taxing stipends?
The institution I am working for can't seem to find the information about
how to pay the stipend and if taxes should be taken out or not.  If you have
any information about this please write!
