Dear L-ers, it has been some time since you've heard from me. I figure
with this group of experts, and all of this technology, that all of my
problems can be solved. I have therefor posted an image of a document at
http://www.uni.edu/museum/unk01.jpg that I need help with. You know, the
what, who, why, where's and all. I know that none of you have anything
unidentified in your collections, but could ya give a guy a hand?
Please.

The first one to answer me with a legitimate response will receive my
eternally thanks.  The rest of you, don't worry, for there is more to
