The following questions are posted for a colleague not yet on the net. They
were discussed at a recent meeting of the Michigan Registrars Roundtable.

1)Clear nail polish as a base coat or an overcoat - are there any problems?
 
2) PVA - what is it? Is it the same as B72?
 
3) What varnishes are safe to use as a base coat on plastics? Is soluvar okay?
 
4) Is Pigma pen on a base coat of soluvar safe? Will the ink bleed through?
   Will it fade?
 
5) What are the problems with B72?
 
6) What is Bedacryl?
 
7) Any ideas for materials to mark numbers on rubber casts?  Varnishes peel
   off, need something white or light since this particular rubber is dark
   brown.
