Contact your nearest military base and get their phone operator and
ask for the number of nearest DRMU (Defense 'Reutilization Material
Unit') - don't remember what the MU are for sure, but DRMO will get
you want you want.

They handle all surplus materials for the military and have special
procedures for non-profits.
