good afternoon,
our institution is currently reviewing our "collections fund" policy which
stipulates how monies in our fund are to be spent eg: acquisition purchases,
collections conservation, general maintenance regarding collection (matting
and framing) and general maintenance to collections storage facilities etc.
i would be most appreciative to anyone who may have established such a
policy to respond off list with fund guidelines.
