Dear Chris,

I don't know if she is showing or exhibiting currently
or not,
but I would highly recommend that you take a look at
this
artist since she has always been a trail blazer in the
art world
for real women's issues.
Bailey-Doogan was my mentor and art professor while 
studying painting and drawing at the University of
Arizona.
Here is an article about her work. Doogan has been 
censored out of many shows.
