Hi All,

Turns out the file I have (and all of you have) is a standard java script
debugging program that is on all Windows based computers. It is harmless
and some "A!* Hole" decided to send an initial email out so we would all
waste our time chasing a ghost.

I appoligize for being as gullable as I am and for causing any of you
trouble. It is a harmless file and one that is not needed unless you are a
java programmer. I was able to delete it from my Win98 computers but it
recreates itself when you restart WinME computers. Ignore it.

If you have deleted it, the DoE Hoaxbusters web page
(http://hoaxbusters.ciac.org/HBMalCode.shtml#jdbgmgr) has a link to the
Microsoft web page to restore this chunk of your software.

Sorry,
John
