Hello Group:

I have recently accepted a position as a computer trainer in a museum. One
of my responsibilities is going to be publishing helpful hints (for
Microsoft Office programs) every other week in the museum's staff
newsletter. I was wondering if any Museum-L-ers had suggestions regarding
the content of these hints.

Coming up with topics that have not already been covered is difficult and I
thought I might poll you to get some ideas about what are common
difficulties.

Please feel free to reply to me directly, off list.

Thank you in advance for your assistance,

Meredith B. Rendall
Systems Training Coordinator
The Metropolitan Museum of Art
