Reminder:

The National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution is holding
a memorial event celebrating the life of former Anthropology Department
Chair Carolyn L. Rose, Thursday, November 7, 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. in the Baird
Auditorium, NMNH.  A reception follows in the Museum's Executive Conference
Room. Carolyn, an internationally recognized leader and educator in museum
conservation, died on August 29th following a 13 year battle with cancer.
