Experience is education to me.

I came to the Churchill County Museum in Fallon two years ago.
I had no museum experience.  I had 20 years of computer experience and had
a variety of jobs and interest that would relate to art or
history.

I am currently the registrar for the museum.   I have learned a great deal
in the two years.  I would say in many ways I have gained what most people
would gain with a college education.

Isn't experience worth more then a piece of paper.
